We begin by asking essential, structured questions about the organization, role, reporting structure, culture, and expectations to ensure clarity from the start.

2. Job Description Alignment
We draft or refine the Job Description (JD), get it approved, or work with the JD shared by your HR team.

3. Strategic Sourcing & Screening We identify potential candidates through the right platforms and networks, connect with them, share the JD and company profile, and ensure they fully understand the opportunity. Only after receiving their explicit confirmation do we forward their profile to you.
